At Red Road Horizons, we adopt a simple three step model for our service
1)     Assessment and Engagement
Through discussions with yourself and the client we will assess the needs of the client and develop a program based on their needs and interests.  This is also the stage that the  relationship between our staff and the client begins.
2)     Participation
At this stage, we begin to participate in the recreational activity.   This is also the stage where many learning opportunities are developed, allowing the chance to address the needs identified in the Assessment stage.
3)     Linking and Closure
Once the client has reached the negotiated goals, we start to link them into community recreation and activity providers, so that learning can continue.  To ensure every success, we will support the client to access these services until they have engaged at an appropriate and sustainable level.
Additionally, Red Road Horizons can provide you with a range of written reports, either simply for updating you on the clients progress through to case noting for case management services.
