Bernie O’Halloran is the Director and Founder of Red Road Horizons.
Bernie has been involved in the Out-Of-Home Care industry since 1996 in both Victoria and Queensland.

He also has over eight years experience in counselling.
With a wide range of interests including camping, hiking, gardening, cycling and football, Bernie really enjoys being outdoors.
